Webinars on “implementation strategy” and “solutions for climate change adaptation”.

As part of the capacity building objectives of the project, two webinars open to participatory institutions were organized and presented by YAPU Solutions in September and November of 2020.

Relevant for officials from risk departments and credit committees, the first session titled “Improvements for Measuring Productive Risk”, hosted by YAPU co-founder and CEO Christoph Jungfleisch, covered core themes of measuring productive risk, climate vulnerability and the YAPU digital platform and efficient concession of agricultural credits.

The second session, hosted by YAPU co-founder and Head of Business Development Davide Forcella. Titled “Solutions for Adaptation to Climate Change” this session was most relevant for officials from risk and product departments, as well as technical agricultural members and credit officers. This session focused on the opportunities provided by climate solutions for climate change adaptation, the verification of these solutions in the local context, as well as green product alignment with climate solutions destinations.

The content of the two webinars has been uploaded here in PDF format for further reference and as a project resource.
